At La Pasqualina we take gelato very seriously… for many years now we have tried hard to perfection our production process, raising the art of gelato-making to a lifetime mission: no colorants, no preservatives, no flavorings… just the highest-quality all-natural ingredients carefully selected to prepare our 12+ fresh daily flavors, including rare and costly DOP-protected ingredients such as Piemonte hazelnuts, Sorrento lemons and Bronte Pistachios.
In addition to our daily offering of loose Gelato flavors, we prepare on premise a wide variety of gelato cakes, semifreddos and assorted Gelato cups of multiple flavors and fresh fruit, finely garnished and available in various formats (house classics include Coppa Pasqualina, based on fruit flavors, and Coppa Delizia, based on creams and chocolate flavors). |
