We put special care into each tea variety and make sure it is prepared and served appropriately: once you have picked your favorite loose-leaf tea (no tea-bags allowed at La Pasqualina! sorry, that’s not what tea is supposed to be about!) our well-trained staff will take care of the infusion using Japanese cast-iron tea-pots (Iwachu) and minimally mineralized spring water drawn from a dedicated Samovar. Timers and thermometers are there at the counter to ensure your tea is infused at the right temperature for the right amount of minutes, in order to render each tea’s unique fragrance to perfection! In addition to plain classic teas, we have a wide-ranging selection of scented tea (naturally flavored with desiccated flowers, spices and karkadè) and herbal tisanes.
