We were born in 1912, when Pasqualina was the name of a person, even before that of a place. And after a century it is always the same story that repeats itself: that of those who with determination and sweat, enthusiasm and effort make a soil fertile so that genuine fruits can grow and because these fruits – as it is in the nature of those who love to do their job well – can be enjoyed, tasted and appreciated by others.
In everything we offer you there is a little bit of ourselves. We want to be sure that the flavor of our products reflects the tradition and craftsmanship we are proud of. In every taste you will find a lot of our being and our doing.
From ice cream, biscuits, panettone, croissants, chocolate, cakes, spreads to the roasting of our coffee, everything is made in our laboratory.
A dessert that holds many of our memories and traditions is the artisanal Panettone. Today richer in ingredients than its origins, we love to eat it with the palate, perceiving every single element, from butter to raisins.
But to allow you to eat it without regrets, once again we have sought a compromise between goodness and health, between the live mother yeast and the quality of the raw materials which, enriching water and wheat – simple and essential ingredients – build all the goodness of a unique dessert like the one we want to offer you.
We do not use anything that can prolong the natural conservation of the product because we believe in a simple healthiness and a clear label, which all consumers can read without misunderstandings. Butter, vanilla, candied fruit, flour, salt, egg yolks, honey and sugar. Perfumes and structures that must respect raw materials, times and processes. And then he, the secret of the perfect artisan panettone: the live mother yeast, which we jealously preserve day by day, which we refresh, keeping it alive, and which represents the most important part of our laboratory and our pastry shop. A piece of us, of our fatigue and our daily joy that lives in that sweet, expression of the most intimate and familiar party there is.

Pasqualina shops are not a mere replica. We bring a little bit of ourselves to every place we create, but we also take a little bit from what we find.
