The story of our baked goods begins here—with a timeless classic that never goes out of style. Our dough is made exclusively with live sourdough starter, combined with flour, butter, natural vanilla, candied orange, organic sultanas, salt, egg yolks, acacia honey, sugar, and all the passion of La Pasqualina's master pastry chefs.
The soft texture is reminiscent of our classic panettone, but with an indulgent twist for those with a sweet tooth: rich dark chocolate drops, candied apricots, and a decadent glaze made with chocolate and cocoa nibs sourced from the distinctive terroir of the Finca San Fernando plantation in El Salvador.
LIMITED EDITION
Our signature dough is enriched with a touch of muscovado sugar and the inspired addition of organic Amalfi lemon zest, which we have delicately candied with organic cane sugar to achieve an exceptional taste and fragrance.
An original La Pasqualina recipe. This special-edition panettone is made with cubes of candied pumpkin from our organic farm L'Orto di Lalli, the amaretto flavour of apricot kernels, and a white chocolate coating.
Our new offering takes its name and shape from the Rotonda di San Tomè, a 12th century Romanesque church not far from the La Pasqualina bakery in Almenno San Bartolomeo. This recipe follows the same tradition as our pandoro, but we've chosen to use only live sourdough starter, allowing for natural rising to enhance both digestibility and the rich aroma and softness. Best enjoyed with a dusting of icing sugar, or paired with one of our delicious spreadable creams.
