The flavour of the fruits of the earth.
To date, the history of Pasqualina seems destined to repeat itself. With the construction of Azienda Agricola L'Orto di Lalli, Riccardo, with his wife Elena, continues along the path forged by his grandfather Luigi.
Elena, affectionately called Lalli, does not like to be the centre of attention, but she nurtures a sincere love for the peasant roots that distinguish us, and that is why the Pasqualina vegetable garden could only bear her name.
L'Orto di Lalli is 800 meters from Pasqualina in Almenno, surrounded by greenery. Sometimes we just have to take fifteen minutes, walk to the field and pick some fruit and vegetables, just like grandfather Luigi did. That’s where we recognize the family DNA (updated in version 4.0!), because this is where the desire to return to working the land meets the increasingly current need to offer an organic, traceable, and seasonal raw material.
It is here that Riccardo and Elena experiment with new varieties of fruit and vegetables to guarantee not only the biodiversity of the crop, but to also discover the myriad flavours that nature gives us.
