Made with an original recipe that includes candied raspberries from our farm (Lalli’s Garden), dark chocolate, and a glaze of crushed cocoa beans that come from the unique terroir of the Finca S. Fernando plantation in El Salvador.
This limited edition is doubly good: the entire proceeds from the sale of these 80 unique cakes will be donated to Comitato Maria Letizia Verga, the association that has been involved for over 40 years in researching childhood leukemia and assisting and caring for children with leukemia.

At La Pasqualina we use only exceptional ingredients, free from additives. Working the dough and all the leavening and baking phases take 36 hours, the time required to offer you the optimum quality that ensures the perfect balance of flavour, aroma and wholesomeness.
