UNA SELEZIONE DEI NOSTRI PRODOTTI

TRANSPARENCY GUARANTEE This product does not contain any chemical additives (no traces of: E471, monoglycerides and diglycerides, E322, soy lecithin, enzymes) that could alter the nature of the product or prolong its spontaneous storage. We do not use any baking powder, but only "living" sourdough yeast which is treated and refreshed every morning in our laboratory, to create a highly digestible panettone. The choice, which we proudly endorse here, is always the same: to be able to offer you products that have a transparent label, respecting a more correct diet. Commitment and attention in every selection and production process are always high, also because without the help of additives, the processing of the dough and all the leavening and baking phases require maximum precision. For us, quality means the perfect balance between flavor, fragrance and healthiness. The constant commitment to research and development is part of us, of our way of "doing" and working, a DNA that previous generations have passed on to us and that we want to leave to those who will come after. Forgive us if we have stolen some of your time, but this guarantee is a gesture of transparency due. To you, who choose us today, as to all those who have been our tireless customers for years. And please: read the ingredients... always!!! Riccardo Schiavi and Pasqualina pastry chefs

After the leaves are withered, they are rolled to accelerate oxidation, turning brown and modifying the colour in the cup, the aromas, and intense flavour of wood, leather, and malt with fruity notes.
Since it does not oxidize during processing, this tea retains its natural green colour and a slightly bitter, herbaceous taste typical of natural leaves. It contains less caffeine and its antioxidant properties are well-known.
A uniquely South African specialty, this infusion with an intense red colour is naturally caffeine-free and obtained by processing the Asphalatus Linearis plant.
A very rare tea. The manufacturing process is similar to that of green tea: however, after steam stabilization, the leaves are kept warm and covered with paper or a cloth in a moist environment until they slowly dry and oxidize slightly. The leaf loses its green colour and turns yellow. Soft taste, with a hint of walnuts and hazelnuts.
This is a variety of tea produced in China in the Yunnan province. It undergoes a unique process and microbial post-fermentation that is natural and prolonged over time or accelerated by exposure to humidity, which gives it a unique flavour, with balsamic notes and hints of wood and undergrowth.
Tea buds and the first two leaves are tied by hand with a cotton thread inside which a dried flower is placed. This creates a sphere that will release its magic in contact with water. Light in colour and with a delicate taste.
Infusions, of Nordic tradition, are a skilful blend of fruit peels, flowers, karkadè, and dog rose. Complete drink: invigorating when hot, refreshing if served cold in summer, always with a lively and brilliant colour and naturally theine-free.
Its soft texture recalls that of the classic Panettone, with the addition of dark chocolate chips, candied apricot, and a delicious chocolate and crushed cocoa bean glaze that anyone with a sweet tooth will love.
Pasqualina’s glazed panettone, which takes 36 hours to make, contains no raisins and is enriched with candied orange peel. Decorated with a tasty glaze made from sugar and almond flour, when it is still warm and golden it releases all of its sweet aroma.
Made with an original recipe that includes candied raspberries from our farm (Lalli’s Garden), dark chocolate, and a glaze of crushed cocoa beans that come from the unique terroir of the Finca S. Fernando plantation in El Salvador. This limited edition is doubly good: the entire proceeds from the sale of these 80 unique cakes will be donated to Comitato Maria Letizia Verga, the association that has been involved for over 40 years in researching childhood leukemia and assisting and caring for children with leukemia.
Delicious, soft cremino with I.G.P. Piedmont hazelnuts and fine white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate Pasqualina 61% dark chocolate blend. Box of 20 Creminos

The book “One hundred Pasqualinas – A journey through taste since 1912” was written to tell the story about a place and many people. One hundred years of family life and an artisan passion for simple things. It is a journey made of images and many stories that, even if apparently distant, are intrinsically linked to a single dream: to build something unique that lasts.

Light, crumbly, and crispy, Pasqualini are our signature biscuits. These are made from the original recipe with Italian almonds and vanilla beans, perfect for snacking at any time.
When the name says it all. The classic Sbrisoli biscuits have a few simple ingredients, including cornmeal, a tradition of our area. Enjoy all the pleasure of a Sbrisolona cake in one bite.
Our unmistakable Sbrisoli biscuits are revisited with chopped hazelnuts, coffee, and muscovado brown sugar with the characteristic aromatic hint of liquorice.
We created them with our city in mind. We wondered: “If Bergamo had a taste, what would it be?” It was a difficult and ambitious question, but the answer turned out to be simple. By mixing cornmeal and millet flour with butter from our Bergamo valleys, the Bergamini biscuits were born: simultaneously simple, unique, and robust, just like our roots.
A biscuit that’s simple yet refined. Cornmeal is enhanced with the delicate aroma of natural vanilla and the texture of cane sugar on the surface. It is perfect for a light breakfast and a tasty snack.
Delicate, light, subtle, and refined: a classic that goes well with all kinds of desserts, tea, and coffee.
Flavour and simplicity: kamut flour, rice flour, butter, egg yolks, sugar, a pinch of salt and nothing more. Sometimes it doesn’t take much, like a crescent shortbread biscuit, to treat yourself to unforgettable breakfast or snack.
The Sbrisolona cake, originally from the city of Mantua, is made with cornmeal and almonds. Its name derives from ‘sbrisa‘, the dialect form of the word ‘briciola‘, meaning ‘crumb’, because it is so crumbly that it crumbles in your hand. We recommend eating it in pieces, according to tradition!
Dedicated to people with a sweet tooth, the Tenerina cake has a velvety texture and a soft heart of intense chocolate that melts in your mouth with every bite. It is simply exquisite.
Italian almond meal, fresh carrots, rice flour, and chocolate chips. With a few simple ingredients for a unique and balanced flavour, this carrot cake is perfect to be enjoyed with a cup of tea or on its own for a healthy snack.
The ingredient par excellence of this cake is flour made of chestnuts that are smoked for sixty days in “tecci“, typical dryers of the Calizzano and Murialdo area. This is the origin of our cake, which is soft on the palate and deliciously nutritious.
It couldn’t be softer and more fragrant! There is only one secret of the soft lemon cake: its protagonists, the I.G.P. organic lemons of the Amalfi Coast.
Meringue is a sweet made of only two ingredients, but when it is made to perfection, it triggers unique emotions. Fluffy, light, and crumbly, our meringues melt in the mouth with delicate sweetness.
For either a delicious breakfast or a delightful afternoon break, we have thought of our Rose Loaf Cake. Our daily dessert is born from the “living” sourdough of our Panettone, refreshed and fed every day of the year. Chocolate and candied apricots, Rose Loaf Cake is the sweet homage to our roots. A dessert to eat over and over again!
A few hours before tasting the panettone it is recommended to keep it at room temperature (around 20-22° C). For slicing it is preferable to use a serrated knife and delicacy in sliding it.
Roasted, the almonds are not peeled and have an intense taste. Single ingredient 100% almonds. To be consumed in different ways. With a spoon as a nutritious and delicious moment of relaxation, added to yogurt for an energetic snack, in the kitchen for making desserts and ice cream, spread on bread or rusks for a healthy breakfast.
A delicious cocoa biscuit, with a base of Pasqualina 61% dark chocolate blend and the addition of Cervia salt crystals. At first bite, you taste the intense flavour of cocoa and the unique texture from the salt crystals that enhance the aroma of our chocolate.
Our hazelnut cream is not to be confused with gianduja cream. We created it to enhance the quality of our ingredients, like hazelnuts, and present a new way to enjoy them! Contains only I.G.P. Piedmont hazelnuts (55%), spring water, and muscovado sugar. Don’t be fooled by its simplicity: with its rich, creamy flavour (only from hazelnuts), it is more delicious than any other spreadable cream!
Delicate taste. Single ingredient 100% almonds. To be consumed in different ways. With a spoon as a nutritious and delicious moment of relaxation, added to yogurt for an energetic snack, in the kitchen for making desserts and ice cream, spread on bread or rusks for a healthy breakfast.
You can’t go wrong with egg, sugar, and marsala! The classic zabaglione with the addition of the aromatic, spicy note of Gewürztraminer wine. Try it with our artisan Panettone Christmas cake to appreciate all its authentic taste!
