La Pasqualina negli anni è cambiata, ma i suoi valori sono sempre gli stessi.

La nostra storia ha le sue radici nel 1912, quando Pasqualina è il nome di una persona, prima ancora che un luogo.
Zia Pasqualina è una ragazza bella da far perdere la testa. E così è per lo zio Piero. Insieme realizzano un sogno nella campagna di Almenno San Bartolomeo, in provincia di Bergamo.
Nasce il Ristoro Cacciatori Pasqualina, al tempo una locanda dal sapore semplice, dove cortesia ed ospitalità la fanno da padrone, insieme al gusto, tradizionale e autentico.
Ed è così che inizia la storia di un luogo dove si sono incrociati i destini di molte generazioni, di tante persone e di una sola famiglia. Il cuore della Pasqualina batte ancora oggi nel laboratorio di pasticceria di Riccardo.

Guarda sempre avanti

Negli anni ’50 il Ristoro Cacciatori Pasqualina non è certo l’unica osteria del paese, ma è l’unica con un apparecchio televisivo.
La gente di Almenno si ritrova qui a commentare le notizie più importanti davanti a un bicchiere di vino e un piatto di trippa calda. Nel 1963 a seguire sul piccolo schermo la notizia della morte del Papa Buono nel locale c’è tutto il paese. Il “pienone” si ripeterà nel novembre dello stesso anno per le immagini dell’attentato a Kennedy.

è di casa in ogni tempo

Negli anni ‘60 dietro al bancone ci sono nonno Luigi e nonna Lina e con loro arrivano diverse novità. Sul retro c’è già un orto e un frutteto e viene aggiunta una serra per garantire frutta e verdura di stagione (nonno Luigi forse sorriderà a vedere suo nipote raccogliere il testimone e “sporcarsi le mani” nella terra dell’Orto di Lalli).
Vengono realizzati un campo da bocce e tre campi da tennis, novità futuristica per il piccolo paese di Almenno. La Pasqualina diventa un punto di ritrovo e una seconda casa per i giovani che vedono nel tennis un divertimento alla moda.

è la cornice di ogni storia

Su quei campi da tennis si innamorano mamma Rosa e papà Alberto e anche zio Franco e zia Lisetta. Negli anni ‘70 e ‘80 volti noti della moda, del cinema e della tv - come Ugo Tognazzi, Paolo Villaggio, Ubaldo Lay, Ornella Muti e altri - iniziano a frequentare occasionalmente i campi da tennis e il locale, per una pausa dai riflettori senza troppe formalità.

Un universo di ricordi e un solo nome

Tutti i ricordi e l’infanzia di Riccardo sono legati alla Pasqualina, dove è cresciuto aiutando il nonno e gli zii. Il primo gennaio del 1995 Riccardo ha ventisei anni e tutto è diverso: da oggi la Pasqualina è sua. Ora sarà lui a deciderne il futuro e costruirlo giorno per giorno. Inizia l’avventura nel mondo della pasticceria con il gelato e con la sua ossessione per il “100% farina del nostro sacco”. Da qui alle brioches integrali, alla colomba e al panettone la regola è sempre la stessa: i nostri prodotti non devono essere i più buoni del mondo, ma devono essere unici perché solo nostri.

Nel 2007 Riccardo apre una seconda sede a Bergamo, in via Borfuro 1 e nel 2012 apre un locale anche a Porto Cervo, nella Promenade du Port. E ora, con il nostro e-commerce, i sapori della Pasqualina possono finalmente arrivare nelle case di tutti. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS AND OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

The Data Controller, in order to allow subscription to the newsletter service, needs to collect some Personal Data, as requested in the registration form.

Personal data will be processed by the data controller to allow the user, therefore, to receive newsletters, or, possibly, to send requests for information and to use all the other services offered from time to time. The processing of personal data will be legally based on the relationship that will be created between the User and the Company.

To allow the Data Controller to carry out processing activities for the aforementioned purposes, it will be necessary to provide the Personal Data marked with the * symbol. In the absence of even one of the asterisk-marked data, it will not be possible to proceed with the processing of personal data and, consequently, it will not be possible for the User to complete his registration and/or benefit from the services provided by the same for which the provision of Personal Data is required.

The Personal Data that will be required for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes will be those reported in the registration and/or contact form, that is, by way of example and not limited to:  first name, last name, email address, city, country.

DATA COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE

Personal Data may be disclosed to specific subjects considered recipients of such Personal Data. In fact, article 4 at point 9) of the GDPR defines as the recipient of Personal Data “the natural or legal person, public authority, service, or other body that receives communication of personal data, whether or not it is a third party“(“recipients “).

In this perspective, in order to correctly carry out all the processing activities necessary to pursue the purposes referred to in this Policy, they may find themselves in a position to process your Personal Data:

  • third parties who carry out part of the processing activities and/or activities connected and instrumental to them on behalf of the Data Controller. These subjects have been appointed as data processors;
  • individuals, employees and/or collaborators of the Data Controller, who have been entrusted with specific and/or several Personal Data Processing activities and who have been given specific instructions regarding security and the correct use of Personal Data;
  • where required by law or to prevent or suppress the commission of a crime, Personal Data may be disclosed to public bodies or the judicial authorities without these being defined as Recipients. In fact, pursuant to article 4 at point 9) of the Regulation, “public authorities that may receive disclosure of Personal Data in the context of a specific investigation in accordance with Union or Member State law are not considered Recipients.”

The collected data will in no case be disclosed.

RETENTION TIMES FOR PERSONAL DATA

One of the principles applicable to the processing of your Personal Data concerns the limitation of the retention period, governed by Article 5, paragraph 1, point e) of the GDPR which states “Personal Data are stored in a form that allows identification of the Data Subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed; Personal Data may be stored for longer periods provided that they are processed exclusively for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research, or for statistical purposes, in accordance with Article 89, paragraph 1, without prejudice to the implementation of technical measures and organizational requirements required by this regulation to protect the rights and freedoms of the interested party.”

In light of this principle, Personal Data will be processed by the Data Controller limited to what is necessary for the pursuit of the purposes described above. In particular, as long as the User does not express the desire to stop receiving newsletters.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The User may exercise the rights recognized by the Privacy Law including, by way of example, the right (i) to access his Personal Data (and to know the origin, purposes, and motives of the processing, the data of the subjects to which they are communicated, the retention period of the data or the criteria useful to determine it), (ii) to request their rectification, (iii) their cancellation (“oblivion”), if no longer necessary; incomplete, erroneous, or collected in violation of the law, (iv) to request that the processing be limited to a part of the information concerning him; (v) to the extent that it is technically possible, to receive in a structured format or to transmit to the User or to third parties by the user himself indicated the information concerning him (c.d. “Portability”). The Company also informs the User that — without prejudice to the right to appeal to any other administrative or judicial office — if he considers that the processing of personal data conducted by the data controller is in violation of the GDPR and / or applicable legislation, he may lodge a complaint with the competent Personal Data Protection Authority.
